Salinas Valley Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position in Salinas, CA. The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered daily care and supporting clinical staff with vital signs, nutrition, and mobility tasks.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a 4/2 schedule (4 days on, 2 days off) and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Responsibilities

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide essential daily care that ensures our residents live with dignity and comfort.

• Personal Care: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Clinical Support: Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
