Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT seeks a compassionate CNA to support residents with daily care and activities. You will work within a family-like team and participate in rounds, care planning, and hydration support.

Requirements include Montana CNA license or enrollment and at least 6 months of CNA/clinical experience, plus ability to pass a background check. Full-time roles offer a $5,000 hiring bonus.
