Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is seeking a licensed CNA to join our weekend-focused, full-time team. You will perform rounds, verify resident identity, provide peri care, make beds, assist with meals, and support daily living activities under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Make rounds at the start of each shift and at least every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Provide peri care and help with activities of daily living.
• Make beds and tidy rooms.
• Help residents at meals and keep them hydrated.
