Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is hiring a Behavior Observationist to provide calm, close supervision for residents. You’ll collaborate with nurses and social services to support personalized behavior plans and promote a family-like atmosphere.

No license required; CNAs welcome, and we offer training. Positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, evening, and night shifts. Pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour, plus a $5,000 hiring bonus for full-time.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No professional license required; training provided.
• Experience as sitter, caregiver, CNA or similar is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Montana CNA certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one and close observation for residents who need extra support for safety.
• Watch for and document behaviors accurately, including triggers, patterns and what helped.
• Use de-escalation and gentle redirection to calm difficult moments.
• Report changes and concerns promptly to the charge nurse.
• Follow each resident's person-centered care plan and behavior interventions.
• Offer companionship and meaningful activities to keep residents engaged.
• Take on other duties as directed by the charge nurse, supervisor or DON.
