Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is seeking a dedicated CNA to help residents regain strength and maintain independence. You will work hand in hand with our in-house therapy team to deliver restorative nursing services and support mobility and safety throughout daily care.

This full-time day-shift role offers a competitive pay range of $19–$25 per hour and includes a $5,000 hiring bonus for full-time staff.

Competenze

• Active Montana CNA certification.
• 6 months of CNA experience, ideally in long-term care.
• Restorative aide training preferred; we will train the right person.
• Current BLS preferred.
• Patience, encouragement and a team-first attitude.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Deliver restorative nursing programs under the direction of the licensed nurse and therapy team
• Lead active and passive range-of-motion exercises
• Help residents walk safely and practice transfers and bed mobility
• Apply, remove and care for splints and braces
• Support restorative dining and self-feeding programs
• Document each session and report progress or concerns to the nurse and therapists
• Pitch in with resident care on the floor when needed
