Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Avon - Part-Time CNA Position

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with all aspects of their daily life as outlined in the resident service plan. This includes personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. Due to the nature of the role, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are essential to ensure resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
• Skills: Basic reading, writing, and understandable spoken English
• Experience: Knowledge of working with elderly; dementia experience preferred
• Certification: Required per state regulations; successful completion of Springhouse’s/Arden Courts’ training

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Good physical and mental health required to perform tasks such as washing, bathing, dressing, and operating household appliances.
