• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting into/out of beds, chairs, baths, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup/cleanup, tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documenting intake
• Delivers nutritional supplements to residents and records intake as required
• Assists with weighing residents and reports weight changes to nurse/supervisor

Education

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.

• Coordinates dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up and clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake

• Delivers nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provides assistance as necessary to ensure intake. Documents intake accordingly

• Assists with weighing residents according to facility policy, and records weight in designated locations. Reports weight changes to nurse and supervisor
