Job summary

Bay Bluffs is excited to offer a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) In-Training position. No experience needed, and there is no cost to you; we pay wages during training while you prepare for the CNA certification.

This fast-track program covers tuition and testing fees with state of Michigan registration, while you gain hands-on experience supporting residents and learning essential care skills. You will join a caring team focused on quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with others as part of a team.
• Good communication skills; ability to hear and respond to resident requests.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and on-call days.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to work with others as part of a team.
• Good communication skills. Ability to hear and respond to resident requests.
• Effective organizational skills with the flexibility to make changes in planned routines to accommodate changing resident needs.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and on-call days as scheduled.
• Have a positive attitude toward the elderly.
• Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprint process
