Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant with at least two years of CNA experience, preferably in hospice settings. The role requires traveling to patients' homes across various conditions and seasons, maintaining professional demeanor and clear communication with families and care teams.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to read and follow written instructions are essential. BLS may be required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years CNA experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively in all seasons.
• Emotionally mature and stable; able to cope with family stress.

• *Must be able to read and write and be able to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• *Must be at least (18) years of age.
• *Must have and must maintain divers license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile coverage.
• *Neat, pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
• *Skilled in nursing personal care and able to cope with family emotional stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles.

• *BLS Certification must be obtained within 30 days from hire.
