Job summary

First Choice Home Health & Hospice in Utah is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes. This part-time role offers morning shifts starting at 8:00 AM, with 15–20 hours weekly and pay of $19.00–$25.00 per hour.

The position includes a $2000 sign-on bonus, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive clinical team. You will work Monday–Friday mornings, helping patients stay safe and comfortable at home while building

Qualifications

• Current active CNA certification.
• Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and dependability.
• Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility and other activities of daily living.
• Support patient comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, families, and the care team.
• Follow individualized plans of care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
