Job summary

First Choice Home Health & Hospice seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one in-home care in Utah. This part-time role covers Monday–Friday mornings, 8:00 AM start, with a schedule of about 15–20 hours per week.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, and daily living activities, while maintaining patient comfort and safety. The team offers paid travel time and mileage reimbursement and a supportive clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Current active CNA certification.
• Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
