First Choice Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver one-on-one home care for patients. The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday morning schedule with part-time hours (approximately 15–20 per week) and pay of $19.00–$25.00 per hour plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Current CNA certification is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

First Choice Home Health & Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current active CNA certification
• Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes
