ComForCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Greeley, Colorado and surrounding areas to provide one-on-one home care. CNAs help with personal care, mobility, health monitoring, medication reminders, daily living tasks, companionship and documentation, enabling meaningful connections with clients.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Colorado is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsabilités

• Personal care: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility and safety: Assist with transfers, walking and fall prevention.
• Health monitoring: Take vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Medication reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their medications.
• Daily living support: Prepare meals, do light housekeeping and run errands.
• Companionship: Provide conversation, encouragement and emotional support.
• Documentation: Record care notes accurately and on time.

Formation

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado

Current CPR/First Aid certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Patient, dependable and caring, with strong communication skills

Pay: $20.00– $25.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Flexible shifts available – days, evenings, weekends
