Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Colorado.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility and safety: Assist with transfers, walking and fall prevention.
• Health monitoring: Take vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Medication reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with their medications.
• Daily living support: Prepare meals, do light housekeeping and run errands.
• Companionship: Provide conversation, encouragement and emotional support.
• Documentation: Record care notes accurately and on time.
