Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an in-home CNA/Caregiver to provide 1-on-1 care for clients in their homes. Earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time shifts, and work with a schedule that fits your life.

You’ll help with activities of daily living, monitor health needs, and support seniors to stay independent at home. Excellent benefits and a supportive team make this a great place to work.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification.
• CNA or caregiving experience in home care, home health, assisted living, long-term care or a hospital.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• A caring, patient and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with transfers, mobility and fall prevention
• Check vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager
• Give medication reminders
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and run errands
• Keep accurate care notes
