Job summary

ComForCare is hiring In-Home CNAs and caregivers in Fort Collins, Colorado, to provide 1-on-1 care to clients at home. $20.00–$25.00 per hour with flexible shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

You’ll work 1-on-1 with a client, supporting seniors to stay safe and independent at home, with a schedule that fits your life. Must have Colorado CNA certification and reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA certification is required.
• Home care or CNA experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting assistance.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and fall prevention.
• Check vital signs and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Give medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and run errands.
