Job summary

Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Care Aides/Certified Nurse Assistants to support seniors at home in University City, Fenton, Ballwin, Arnold, and South County. The role offers flexibility to fit your life and a chance to build meaningful relationships while delivering personal care.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility support, medication reminders, and creating a safe, engaging home environment; requires high school diploma and CPR, with 6 months healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid MO driver's license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helpful with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
