Interim HealthCare of Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Home Care Aide / CNA to support seniors in University City, Fenton, Ballwin, Arnold and South County with personal care and daily activities.

You will work with flexible scheduling, build skills through online training, and benefit from 1:1 client ratios. CPR certification and a valid MO driver’s license are required. This role offers a compassionate, family‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid MO driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to help them live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and transportation.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client condition; notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities they enjoy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

As a Home Care Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
