Job summary

Red Cliffs Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility in St George, UT, is expanding its nursing team and seeking a caring CNA for the night shift (6 PM–6 AM, three days per week). This is a full-time opportunity with on-site work and a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

You will provide daily living assistance, respond to call lights, help with transfers, and support residents' activities, while on-the-job training is provided; the role includes a comprehensive benefits package:

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Effective communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet.
• Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary.
• Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable.

Hours

This is a full time position, we are currently hiring for the Night Shift, 6 PM to 6 AM, 3 days per week.

Training
