Job summary

Crescent Point at Niantic in East Lyme, CT, is hiring a Full Time CNA for 2nd Shift (3p-11p) with starting hourly wages of $20.75 and a $1/hour shift differential for the 2nd shift.

The role involves delivering compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents in a warm, home-like environment. A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
