Job summary

The Village at Mariner's Point, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is hiring a Full Time CNA to join our compassionate team. Shifts include 1st and 2nd on Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, plus 3rd shift Tuesday-Saturday.

The role focuses on delivering resident care in a warm, home-like setting. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will support daily living activities, document care, and engage residents with meaningful interactions while providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.

The Village at Mariner's Point is hiring Full Time CNA to join their Team.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements
