Job summary

Silver Birch Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team in Fort Wayne North. You’ll provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

You’ll respond to call lights promptly, document care in the electronic system, and work with the nurse and Wellness Team to monitor changes in resident conditions and maintain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A current CNA license in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team.
• Document care and services in the electronic system.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members.
