Silver Birch Living in Evansville, IN is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care. You will respond to call lights, report changes to the nurse, and document care in the electronic system.

You must hold a CNA license in good standing and have a high school diploma or GED. Healthcare experience is helpful, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and paid time off.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
• Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
• Document care and services in the electronic system
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED
• A current CNA license in good standing
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
• Experience in healthcare or assisted living is helpful
