GateWay at River City is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Clinical Team to provide hands-on, compassionate care and daily support to residents, helping them feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for. You will contribute to residents’ health, happiness, and quality of life through attentive care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A current CNA license in good standing.
• Prior healthcare experience is helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services to residents as outlined in individual care plans.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service to residents and families.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness Team.
• Document care and assistance provided in the electronic health record.
