Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) FREE Training Program! job at Seacoast Nursing & Rehab Center, Gloucester, MA. Seacoast Nursing & Rehab Center

We are offering a CNA Training Program and will cover the cost!! APPLY TODAY!

Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking candidates who are looking to become Certified Nursing Assistants. We will provide full, in‑house Skills and Clinical training for these candidates free of cost. We will hire you as an HHA or RCA to join our team, and once you complete the CNA Training Course, you will be hired as a CNA with a wage increase for your newly‑acquired certification. We are looking for compassionate and hard‑working candidates to join our dedicated nursing team.

Seacoast is located at 292 Washington St., Gloucester MA, on the campus of Addison‑Gilbert Hospital.

Certified Nursing Assistant Program Information

• Tentative class start date: August 2024
• 2 days of paid training that will include General Orientation and 8‑hours of Alzheimer’s/dementia training conducted at Seacoast.
• Pick up shifts as an RCA before/during the CNA Training Program and get paid.
• 20 hours of remote course work (this can be done at home or at the facility if computer‑access is limited).
• Skills (19 hours) and Clinical (21 hours) requirements will be paid for and conducted on site at Seacoast.

Completing the above program will qualify you for employment with Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center or any other BaneCare facility.
