Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, seeks a Wisconsin CNA for its hospital float pool. You will cover inpatient units and assist with patient transport across departments, ensuring safe, compassionate care.

Scheduling includes 0.4 FTE (32 hours bi-weekly) with 8-hour day shifts and no weekends, plus three holidays per year. The role requires a current Wisconsin CNA and BLS certification (within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Must have Wisconsin CNA certification.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsabilités

• Cover inpatient units in the Hospital Float Pool (medical-surgical, pediatrics, inpatient behavioral health).
• Transport patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, x-ray, etc.
• Work 0.4 FTE (32 hours bi-weekly) on 8-hour day shifts (Mon-Fri).
• No weekends; three holidays per year.

We are seeking a CNA in the Hospital Float Pool to help cover inpatient units, such as medical-surgical, pediatrics and inpatient behavioral health. You will also help with transporting patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, x-ray etc.

What You Do

• 0.4 FTE, 32 hours bi-weekly
• Working in Transport 8-hour Day shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm and 8:30am-5:00pm). Monday-Friday
• No Weekends!
• Three holidays a year

What You'll Need

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
