Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Hospital Float Pool in Wisconsin. The role covers inpatient units, transports patients for procedures and imaging, and requires schedule coverage including days/evenings and weekend transport shifts.

The candidate must hold a Wisconsin CNA and a current BLS certificate, with start pay at $18.64/hour plus experience, and various shift differentials; growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) from AHA or ARC within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient units in the hospital float pool and assist with patient transport for procedures, therapy, x-ray, etc.
• Shift coverage includes 6:30am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm, and weekend transport shifts; every other weekend and three holidays per year.

We are seeking a CNA in the Hospital Float Pool to help cover inpatient units, such as medical-surgical, pediatrics and inpatient behavioral health. You will also help with transporting patients throughout the hospital for procedures, therapy, x-ray etc.

What You Do

0.4 FTE, 32 hours bi-weekly

• Working Days and PMs in departments or helping with transport 6:30am-3:00pm and 2:30pm -11:00pm, and Transport shifts on the weekends 6:30am-3:00pm, 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
• Every other weekend and three holidays a year

What You'll Need

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
