• Baylor Double Weekend Program - Work 4 Weekend Shifts, get paid for 5!
• Full-Time & Part-Time (Every Other Weekend Required)
• Limited Per Diem roles available
• The CNA must be committed to delivering superior healthcare, promoting independence, preserving dignity, and improving residents' quality of life.
• Provide routine daily nursing care, document appropriately, and create a calm atmosphere.
• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, transportation, lifting, turning, and transferring as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and report any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Current CNA Certification in New York State in good standing
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care
• Interest in helping residents who are ill, injured, or elderly
• Patience, cheerful disposition, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• COVID-19 vaccinations encouraged but not mandated
