Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to procedures and document appropriately.
• Create a calm environment throughout the shift.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hygiene needs.
• Assist with transportation, lifting, turning, and transferring residents safely.
• Promptly respond to resident calls and report any changes in condition.

Minimum Requirements

• Current CNA Certification in New York State in good standing.
• Commitment to compassionate, quality care.
• Interest in helping residents with various needs.
• Patience, cheerful disposition, and team spirit.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• COVID-19 vaccinations encouraged but not mandated.
