Qualifications

• Oklahoma CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers as needed.
• Communicate with residents and families to address concerns and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our day shift team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Your exceptional communication skills will also be utilized to address resident concerns and provide emotional support to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
