Higher Call Nursing Center in Quapaw, Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for the day shift to provide direct resident care and daily living assistance.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment while participating in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and deliver high-quality care that enhances residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients/equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including maintaining a clean and organized living space
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
