Job summary

Sequoyah Pointe Living Center in Owasso, Oklahoma is seeking an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate resident care and support the health team.

You will assist with daily living activities, manage medications, document care, and help create a safe, friendly environment for our residents.

Applicants must hold Oklahoma CNA certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Evening shift availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and resident transfers.
• Maintain accurate care records, including progress notes and MARs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and report safety concerns.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
