Job summary

Sequoyah Pointe Living Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the day shift. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and report changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a CNA in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist with range of motion and transfers as needed.
• Communicate with residents and families with empathy and support.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services.

Join our compassionate team at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, where we strive to provide exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day Shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our seniors.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our day shift team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Your exceptional communication skills will also be utilized to address resident concerns and provide emotional support to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfer residents as needed

• Utilize exceptional communication skills to address resident concerns and provide emotional support

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
