Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed as a CNA in Indiana.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform duties according to facility policies, nursing care procedures, and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours to administer care.
• Verify resident identity before care or serving food.
• Report missing ID bands immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
