Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Hillside community in McMinnville, OR. This part-time role supports residents with daily living, activities, and safety, following our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Requirements include CNA or caregiving experience, CPR, and a food handler's certificate. We offer $23/hour plus shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven organization.

Description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift:

Pay ranges: $23+ depending on experience + shift differentials listed below:

To be successful in the role, you would have:
