Job summary

Pillar of Cedar Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily activities, accompany them to doctor appointments, and help on any unit when there are no appointments.

This role emphasizes advocacy for residents, teamwork, and adherence to survey best practices, with a competitive salary, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from the State of Iowa.
