White Oak Manor York is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our dedicated team in York, SC. You will support residents with daily living activities, take vital signs, and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

Active SC CNA registry is required. We offer competitive wages, shift differentials, PTO after 90 days, health benefits after 30 days, holiday premium pay, and meaningful training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active SC CNA registry listing.
• Experience with ADLs and resident care is preferred.
• Ability to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
• Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use.
• Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records.
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
