National Health- White Oak Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for White Oak Manor York in York, SC. The job offers Full-Time/Part-Time options with a night shift (3p-11p) and a pay range of $18.00–$22.50 per hour. Join a 109-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation campus focused on compassionate care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
• Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and PPE use.
• Document resident care accurately in clinical records.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.


• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
