Avante at St. Cloud is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care under supervision, helping residents maintain comfort, safety, and well-being.

This is a full-time 3p-11p shift in a skilled nursing facility, with daily pay option and a supportive team environment. Qualifications include being a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing, 18+ years old, High school diploma or GED or ability to read/write English, and eligibility for AHCA background screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED or ability to read/write and follow English commands.
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course.
• Positive attitude toward elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Follow state and federal guidelines and report changes to supervising staff.

Qualifications:

• Must Be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or training to satisfactorily complete the requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of high school or GED equivalent or otherwise show the ability to read and write and follow oral commands in English
• Previous experience or completion of an appropriate training course
• Positive attitude toward elderly
• Must be eligible for clearance through abuse registry and Department of Law enforcement.

Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
