Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts in Texas. You will provide direct resident care according to care plans, promoting patient independence while following safety policies. The role requires an active CNA license and adherence to state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active TX CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care desirable.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies and procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

Job description

• $2,500 Sign on Bonus Full-Time Only**(Bonus will be paid out as follows: $700 after 3 months; $700 after 6 months; $1,100 after 12 months)
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus Full-Time Only**(Bonus will be paid out as follows: $700 after 3 months; $700 after 6 months; $1,100 after 12 months)

C.N.A Full-Time 10p-6a 4 on 2 off Rotation

C.N.A Full-Time Double Weekends (6a-10p Sat & Sun)
