Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas to deliver compassionate daily care to residents and collaborate with the care team to uphold high-quality service.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vital signs, and meal supervision, maintain a safe environment, document information accurately, and help residents stay engaged with routine activities while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas Nursing Assistant certification.
• Accurately records vitals and medical information.
• Communicates clearly and demonstrates patience.
• Cares for the elderly and disabled with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment and stock supplies.
• Assist with mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Position residents for comfort and safety; assist with ROM as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In This Role, You Will

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
