Job summary

Cantex in Frisco, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Dream Team and provide routine resident care in line with care plans.

Qualifications

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required.
• Experience in long-term care or resident care preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care per care plan.
• Support independence while ensuring safety.
• Assist with safe lifting and transfers per policy.
• Identify and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
