Job summary

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. Earn as you learn with Free Advanced Caregiver Training and enjoy a $500 bonus for night shifts.

This part-time role requires evenings or night shifts, with a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.55 per hour, plus nightly shift incentives, and Cassia benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Standing and walking most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include hair shampooing, showering/bathing, nail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is looking for Caregivers wanting to advance their career! Work as a Caregiver while receiving Free Advanced Caregiver Training. In addition to great benefits, we are offering a $500 bonus for nights!

As a Caregiver at Lakeside Generation Assisted Living, you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking individuals who are team players and are also comfortable working independently.

Position Type

Part-Time, working a varying schedule including rotational weekends and holidays

Shift Available

• Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM


• Nights 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Wage Range

$17.50 - $23.55 /hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

• Evening $1.00


• Nights $2.00
