Willow Brook Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a 142-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. The role supports safety, comfort, and quality of life, under supervision of licensed staff.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with Daily Pay. Must maintain active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
