Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Brick Township, NJ, is hiring CNAs for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires, 8-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights, and daily pay options.

The CNA provides basic resident care under supervision, supports activities of daily living, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment. Qualified CNAs must hold an active CNA license in New Jersey and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

  • Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
  • Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
  • Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident-centered care.

  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
