Job summary

Cedar View Rehabilitation is seeking CNAs to join our team in a facility dedicated to comfort, dignity, and meaningful care. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with Daily Pay and PIB/shift differentials to recognize your dedication and hard work.

As a CNA, you will provide basic resident care under licensed staff supervision, assist with daily living activities, observe changes, and support a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Support resident comfort and dignity and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in residents' living areas.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
