Job summary

Grant Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on Day and Night Shift. In this role, you will provide hands‑on care and support to our residents while helping maintain a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment.

CNAs work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive high-quality care. We offer quarterly raises, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, a 401K retirement

Qualifications

• One year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• Current state certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs; lifting, moving and transporting residents with proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager; ask questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Demonstrate the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
• Rotating holidays required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program

CNA's are responsible for the following

CNA Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• Current state certification as a CNA
