Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Westerly, RI is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time roles across day and night shifts. This 106-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care in a home-like environment.

You will support residents with daily living activities, observe changes, and collaborate with licensed staff to maintain safety, dignity, and quality of life for every resident.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment (Rhode Island).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

7 AM- 3 PM. 3 PM- 11 PM, and 11 PM- 7 AM

$5 PIB

$2 Shift Diff for Weekends

$1.50 Shift Diff for 11 AM- 3 PM Weekday

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM- 7 AM Weekday

Daily Pay!

$20 - $33 an hour (all inclusive)

Sign-On Bonus - Full-Time $3,000 and $1,500 part-time

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
