Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking qualified CNAs to join our compassionate, patient‑focused care team. This 170‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility offers full‑time and part‑time roles with a 11‑7 shift and daily pay options.

CNAs provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, maintain a safe environment, and support the care team to ensure dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• RI CNA license in good standing required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and promote dignity.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Support care team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Rhode Island.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
