Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night shifts. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a separate pick-up bonus, and night and weekend shift premiums along with a referral bonus.

Join our team to deliver compassionate daily patient care and grow with a nationally recognized provider. As part of an interdisciplinary team, CNAs perform bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed CNA in applicable state; license must be active.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting).
• Deliver direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Join interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
